With 2 bedrooms + Loft and 2 baths, comfortable living spaces offer a perfect vacation retreat. High ceilings, modern furnishings, lots of natural light, open spaces are just a few of the features that make it unique.

A short walking distance to the ocean & beach. Walk to Corona Del Mar village for dining or shopping. 5 minute drive to Fashion Island/Newport Center or to Corona Del Mar State Beach. You'll find this so comfortable, you may never want to leave!

The spacious & open Living area features vaulted ceilings, high windows, Crate & Barrel furnishings - Sofa, chair, TV. Farm-style Dining Table offers seating for 6.

The spiral stairway takes you to the Loft, another Living space with Sofa (pull-out bed) and chairs. A perfect place to read, study or relax. Take your coffee out to the balcony, where you'll enjoy the views of the Bay, Peninsula, Ocean as far as Catalina Island!

You'll find everything you need & desire in the chef's Kitchen. White cabinets, granite counters, farm sink, stainless steel appliances. Fully furnished & equipped to make meal preparation easy. Enjoy a quick snack, casual meal or special occasion dinner! Dine at the farm-style table underneath a charming French antique chandelier!

Two Bedrooms + Loft include all comfy beds & bedding.
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed + Dresser + TV + access to balcony. EnSuite Bath features large walk-in shower. Ample Closet space.

Bedroom #2: Bunk Beds with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top + Trundle + Closet. Game Table is ideal for games, study. Jack 'N Jill Bath features tub/shower combination.

Loft: Sleeper sofa + access to view Balcony.

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing drink on the balcony, accessible via the living room and master bedroom.

From the loft, access the larger top-floor balcony with outdoor seating and enjoy the view of the Bay, Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean on the horizon.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Extra Amenities Include:
Free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels, an outdoor shower, and covered parking for one vehicle. (Please note that street parking is restricted on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings to allow for street sweeping.)

Dreamers Landing is located in a peaceful Corona del Mar neighborhood -- just 5 minutes to the village, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy a tranquil 10-minute walk to Corona Del Mar Beach, or jump in the car and be there in 5 minutes. Kids love the playground at Begonia Park, less than a block away.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 6 individuals including children and infants. (5 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights. 5-7 nights certain holidays and peak seasons. Check-in or check-out not permitted on holidays.

+ Parking: 1 car max. in carport. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. .

+ Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 8 am. No loud talking, noise or music on outside patios/balconies.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements & sign separate reservation agreement.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 27 years old to rent our properties.

We had a wonderful trip to Newport and stayed in this fantastic rental. It was very clean. It does show a little wear and tear and could use some updating on maintenance just a little bit of damage. I’m assuming from past tenants. (Just minor scuffs to bunkbeds and walls and what not but that happens.) It was well stocked with tons of blankets for those chilly nights. Great having washer and dryer so you could do laundry a little tricky to get up and down those stairs if you lack and mobility, it’s hard to get up to the second floor. More sturdy wooden stairs would be helpful. It also got quite loud every time the moment went up and down the stairs because they were metal. All in all we would definitely rent again we loved the fact that there was a shed that had all the beach amenities use skateboards longboard, ski boards, even a wagon. It was great. It was also set in the perfect location so close to everything.

Relax in CDM

Great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with the family. Property is quiet, clean, safe. Owners are kind and welcoming. Walking distance to the the beach, included everything we needed to be comfortable. 5 min away from Whole Foods, Fashion Island Mall, local restaurants and cafes. Parking space is quite tight for a mid-size SUV, but on par for this neighborhood location. Bunkbed frame was very loud and creaky, probably just needs to have all screws tightened with a hex key and some loctite.

A beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. If it had to have a negative, the closest beach is a state beach that is rather small and crowded. But the tranquil feeling of this home far outweighs any small negative!

Relaxing stay in lovely condo with ocean view from balcony

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Dreamers Landing. Valerie, our host, was very responsive to our needs, delivering a requested item on the evening we arrived. The layout of the bedrooms and the bathrooms worked well, offering a workspace in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen appliances all seemed to be recently updated. With the main floor and lower balcony one flight up, and a more expansive balcony and views from the upper loft, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and taking in the sunset views of the neighborhood and ocean. The location was very convenient for exploring places further north in Orange County, and for whale / dolphin watching further south in Dana Point.

Dreamers Landing was the perfect place for our annual trip to southern California. We have family in Newport Coast, Costa Mesa and the location was perfect. We were able to visit, shop and visit the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my husband and two kids over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is in an excellent location close to shops, the beach, and beautiful neighborhoods for walking. We had almost everything we needed with the exception of a few kitchen things that were missing (cutting board, sheet pan, can opener). Also, the master bedroom has a queen bed and was listed as a king. Overall it was a nice stay

Perfect walkable spot

The neighborhood was the cutest!! We walked to dinner every night at different restaurants and just trolled for hours through the quaint streets and down to the beach. The apartment is spotless and spacious. We had everything we needed. One correction for the listing though, the master bedroom does not have a king bed. It’s a queen, but very comfy!

Inaccurate Listing

The property stated it was "modern luxury'. We'll that didn't include a can opener or oven mitts. It did include basic crockery, mismatched furniture (weird table and chairs in the kids room). Most storage space was taken up with the extra bedding so we couldn't store our stuff. When I asked for this to be removed I was told by the PM that there should be enough as there were only three of us! Zero customer service which made our 12 day stay difficult. Floor when wiped was dirty, under the oven was uncleaned. Obviously a dog had stayed there as the carpet smelled as did the vacuum cleaner. Overall it should be classified as functional in its current state.

Fabulous rental

The location was ideal with only a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The rental was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) - very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Lovely place and lovely location

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this lovely place. The owner of the lower duplex was incredibly friendly, and the whole neighborhood had a welcoming vibe. It was an easy walk to the ocean. Sherman Gardens is just a few blocks away and has a stellar lunch in addition to beautiful grounds. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
