Overall good stay. Clean, easy to check in and utilize the space. Having the parking pad in the back is a huge bonus as street parking is often not available close by. Garages available but tight for an SUV but pad worked well.

Loved the location! The home decor was nicely done, very inviting. Crisp and clean bedding was wonderful! Should note that the garage parking is very narrow, extremely difficult to fit the SUV that we had rented.Could have supplied more paper products-such as toilet paper (only 1 spare roll found in each bathroom) kitchen had 2 rolls of paper toweling, a third one would have gone the distance. Lastly the cutlery was missing smaller spoons for smaller mouths.

Cozy house in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach over a long Labor Day weekend. We really appreciated the air conditioning and the fact that that this was a single story home without another group above us. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, and we weren't missing anything we needed. Thanks for a great experience!

Great beach house

Very nice home less than a block from the beach. 3 bedrooms, a pull out couch. Enough space for 5-6 adults. It was very nice to have space to park a bike and scooters between the house and the garage. It was also wonderful to have laundry attached to the garage. We had a lovely time.

This is a great little house, very clean and the location, just a few houses from the beach, is ideal. My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay. One thing to note is that none of the bedrooms has a desk, but other than that, the house met all of our needs and we'd love to come back.

Great beach cottage

Loved our stay! Everything worked as advertised. Very clean with the exception of the floors, could have used a better mopping. Garage is tight if you have bigger vehicles, but we could park on the pad of the garage and also found parking on the street. Would definitely stay again, hopefully longer next time.

Perfect spot to enjoy Newport Beach

House was lovely. Perfectly fit four adults and our baby. Location could not have been better! We brought our bikes, highly recommend, but so much in walking distance as well. Comfortable and clean home. Front outdoor area was amazing. Lovely neighbors. The garages are quite small so if you have a large SUV plan on parking behind them - plenty of space there. We will definitely rent this house again. Miss it already!

Cute house but VACASA is horrible

We always stay in Newport yearly. Never used vacasa until this year. The house is cute, smaller for my liking but very cute. Street is nice and close to the beach. The house was dirty, the AC units had black (looked like mold) in all the vents. We had issues with no electricity in the back part of the house . My husband found the fuse box and fixed it. Vacasa was supposed to have someone come and fix the garage door because it didn’t work. We never did get it fixed so therefore we didn’t have 3 parking spots. They sent a Stanley steamer to come clean the AC. I waited two days for him and when he arrived he said he only cleans AC ducts! I could go on about the horrible customer service. I would NOT book through Vacasa. They don’t care about their customers. The manager Courtney was supposed to help and get back to us but she blew us off and will not return our calls. Once they have your money they will not provide good customer service. It’s a shame because this house is cute.
