Perfect spot for a family visit
The place was clean and roomy enough for our party of 8. The extra fans were helpful to cool off! One chair was missing a screw and broke as I sat on it. Otherwise everything was perfect. Very quick walk to the beach. They even had beach chairs to borrow! Would love to stay again!

Cute little place. It’s a two bedroom but slept our family of 8 just fine. (2 adults and 6 kids) and location couldn’t be better. Two minute walk to the beach and family friendly. 10/10 would recommend :)

Wonderful Stay
Noah from Vacasa was terrific. He helped us greatly throughout our stay. He was generous with his time, and a true ambassador for this property. This is our second one month stay at this property. We love the location, next to a large park and then the sand and Balboa pier. Unit was very clean and quiet. Several fine restaurants are within a short walk.

Location was excellent; a 2 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Unfortunately, the property’s furniture was less than desirable. Couches were stained, bathrooms were not perfectly spotless and it is not sound proofed. This unit is above 3 car garage. In addition, there was contstruction in the driveway area and park which steps away. This information was not disclosed by VRBO or Vacasa (Managing company). Disappointing.

Clean and Comfortable and great location
Only a few steps to the boardwalk and beach, this 2 bedroom (Queen) 2 bath apartment is clean and tidy and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for spending time on the beach, the boardwalk, taking the ferry to Balboa Island, the wedge, or just enjoying the Newport Beach area. It’s also right next to the Balboa Pier so we ate at Ruby’s Diner for breakfast twice. Really fun diner with classic diner fare. The apartment owner was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only improvement I would suggest is a rug inside the door for taking off shoes and a couple of throw blankets on the couches for watching TV on chilly nights. These aren’t necessities (the apartment is well stocked with necessities), but would be nice to have.

We had a great time here and the location was perfect! Everything was clean as well. The only problem we had was that the garage key pad wouldn't open the garage so we would have to go around to the side door to open it. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

I would stay again
This place was perfect in terms of location. A few minutes walking to the beach. And lots of cute shops near by and places to eat. The condo was simple. Shared laundry room. 2 washers and 2 dryers, and a dishwasher. The parking spot is extremely small. I do not recommend if you have an SUV. Street parking is hard to find. There is meter parking with park mobile. The door handles are the long type, so if you have toddlers they are very easy to open. Overall we had a great time and would stay again. The beds by the way were extremely comfortable.
