All the comforts of a vacation home you need located in central heart of newport oregon walk across street to the ocean access to newport beach with white sandy beach, ocean breeze, contemporary and quality.


Upon A entry you are welcomed into the slate floor fully furnished, updated kitchen with dining table flowing into warm vaulted a frame living room 65" hd tv with wood burning fireplace and comfortable seating. On the same floor, through hall bedroom with full size tempur pedic bed is across hall full bathroom and laundry room. Following is the master bedroom 40in hd tv, king pillow tops bed full bathroom ceramic tub along slider door to the back yard. An open a frame second floor loft with arcade, pinball games and futon. Step outdoors from the loft onto a completely private 11 feet elevated hot spring 6 persons hot tub enclosure on an open roof while relaxing and soaking there, you could watch your favorite program on 46in hd tv, gaze at the stars or partial ocean view. Finally second floor master bedroom novaform queen bed hd tv and full bathroom with shower.

Very spacious yet compact. Love that there was 3 bathrooms which was very handy with 5 of us. Loved the amount of TVs too (I counted 5) No view of the ocean but beach access was only 1 block away. Out of all the places we have stayed in Newport this one was the best. Will definitely come back again.

The house was exactly as described. It was cozy and inviting and the host, Jerry, was always responsive (although it was not necessary to request anything). There was also a crib and high chair for our toddler. The proximity to the beach (walking distance) and driving distance to the aquarium and Yaquina Lighthouse were highlights. Any return trips to Newport, we'll be requesting this house.

A plus A Frame

Rustic A frame with lots of character and options for places to sleep. We appreciated that the house was well stocked. Our teenager and son in law LOVED the pinball and arcade machines. Short walk to one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches ever!

The A frame was perfect for our family of five (two adults, kids ages 11, 15 & 17). Plenty of space for everyone! Enjoyed using the hot tub, arcade games, tossing a football in the yard, cooking in the well equipped kitchen & the 5 min walk to Nye beach & coffee shops was perfect. The house was well stocked with any basics you may need on vacation, even laundry supplies. I believe the only thing we purchased was a small bag of dishwasher pods. We would definitely stay again, 5 nights was not long enough! Thank you!

Try an A frame!

The house is very well located less than two blocks to the beach and just around the corner from two coffee shops. The living room furnishings are wonderfully comfortable and the beds were great. Having a hot tub just outside the master bedroom is very hard to beat, especially in a cool climate!

Great unique high end older beach home. The owner clearly seeks to ensure guests are comfortable and no needs exist. Housecleaning was exceptional. Loved the fire pit (with plenty of wood) and safety grate, which was great for s'mores. Hot tub was great. Easy access to both Nye Beach area and Yaquina Head state park, equally within walking distance. Beach access is super close.Many little extra perks like crab pots, plenty of towels/linens, house plants make it warm, well cared clean hot tub, plenty of parking, and a fully fenced yard for our pup and visiting family pups, greatly valued. Communication with the owner, was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Great location only minutes from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Taste of India and Georgies are both excellent. House was very well equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Nicely furnished and the Hot tub was a real treat after a busy day. Jerry was very responsive and easy to deal with.
