Modern Cottage in a Farm Setting

Rock Hill Ridge is located on a small farm with expansive hay fields for hiking, location close to national parks, and within 10 minutes of town. Knoxville and Asheville are both one hour away and Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge are 45 minutes away. Experience white water rafting, fishing, as well as a close driving distance to mountain biking/side by side trails. This is a new property nestled away from public roads. Enjoy watching the deer, turkey, and occasional bear while drinking your morning coffee. At the end of your day a fire pit is conveniently set up to relax around as you watch the sunset, enjoy the seasonal fire flies, and listen to the frogs from the pond beside of the house. We just added an 8' diameter outdoor "stock tank/dipping pool" this month.
