Motel 6 should be ashamed to have Aries as the face of their new port location. I have never experienced such horrible and discriminatory customer service. I had reserved a room about a month ago and paid for the room at 12 today, the women was rude but it was fine. My boyfriend, who speaks poor English, and I came in came back at 4 to check in and they refused to reserve us a room for no reason. Aries asked me what I did to not allow them to give me a room. I said I’m not sure what happened and she said I am not honest but i can have the room because I paid then told me to grab my things and go to my room. Aries refused to tell me the reason for me not being able to reserve a room. Needles to say my we left.

Nothing unique. Confirmation said check in was 3 but was told it is 4. Came back 3 times before the room was ready. Asked for refrig and microwave. Unit had only frig. Room never cleaned daily...was told I had to ask for it. Asked 3 times for towels and TP...never got them .Had to just take them off housekeepers cart. I have stayed at Motel 6 across country and this was the first one that never came in to make beds or freshen room.

This place is a dump. Trash in the hallways left day after day after day. Dirty hotel. No security. anyone can walk in and out with a key. Trash in the parking lot, in all the common areas. It's disgusting.

It was just an unacceptable hotel. Horrible smell of cigarettes and the bedding smelled also. Like a flop house

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
