Coastal charm! This newly renovated waterfront property has expansive views of Nanaquaket Pond, a salt water inlet. It has a private walking path down to the shoreline! Bring your kayaks or paddle board if you like. Explore the farm coast, beaches, nature preserves, historic areas and much more! The perfect getaway to relax in, catch a gorgeous sunset from the back deck and take a walk down to the shoreline.
FYI
***Small trees and shrubs have been added, early fall 2021 along the property line to the right of the home and in front of the home for privacy.
***An art studio will be constructed Sept/Oct. 2021 on the lower, right hand side of the property. It is not a rental, it will be for family use. (Photos will be added ASAP)

The home is conveniently located off of route 24. Take a walk across the street and get ice cream at Helger's Ice Cream Stand or some spirits at the package store. There's also a yoga studio and seasonal french eatery. Evelyn's Drive In serves fried clams, clam cakes, chowder and lots of other summertime favorites. The Black Goose is just a short trip down the road where you can grab breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. You also will find a convenience store and Grinnell's Beach, a lovely small town beach. Head south and you'll arrive at Pardon Gray where you can hike a trail connecting to Weetamoo Woods! A little further down the road is Tiverton Four Corners. There you will enjoy walking around and exploring art galleries, shops and antiques. Gray's Ice Cream and Four Corners Grille are great places to grab a bite! Continue south and you'll come to Carolyn's Sakonnet Vineyards. The road will take you into Little Compton and along the farm coast. Beautiful views and a lovely ride! You might want to spend the day at South Shore Beach!
My husband and I live about a mile from the property and can be available if you have questions. You will receive a code to open the garage door and you can enter through there. Repeat guests
This was our second stay at this property while visiting our daughter at RWU and we hope to return again! The house is immaculately clean and comfortable and the view of the water is beautiful! We love visiting the nature preserves, farms, beaches, cafes and shops in this area, but we also enjoy relaxing around the fire pit, walking down to the water, watching movies, and gathering in the spacious kitchen for meals. Highly recommend.

great little house
We had a wonderful time in Tiverton . The house is absolutely spotless . I perfer staying in hotels vs home rentals , but this property felt like a hotel . All the bedding is high quality , the furniture is new and the location is perfect for day trips to other cities in RI . We were able to enjoy Providene and New Port with a 30 minute drive . The resturants in Tiverton were fantastic for such a small town . Great bakery and coffee shop down the street . Ice cream walking distance from the home . Overall a perfect place to stay while visiting RI .

We stayed for a long weekend. The house is beautifully kept and well thought out. The owners have thought of everything and more that you could possibly need. The beds are super comfy too! Our kids had a blast!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our kids had a blast - flying kites, spotting bunnies, catching/releasing crabs, or just running all day in the big backyard. There is a little pathway to water and we felt we were right in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Watching ever-changing clouds from the deck was just so wonderful. It’s beautiful, impeccably clean and cozy home. Wish we can spend every summer here. 😊 Lynn was a good hostess! Thanks for everything, Lynn!

Absolutely perfect
Our stay at this perfect Tiverton home was wonderful! My family came into town for an event in Providence and had the best time! The home was well appointed and the owner even left us a bottle of wine! The property is right on the water with a beautiful back deck and porch that we absolutely enjoyed. Down by the water, there is a little dock and we took some celebratory photos there. Prior to booking, the owner was incredibly helpful. I was directionally looking for a home that did not require use of stairs to access main areas or bedrooms as my parents are both in their 70s and have a bit more limited mobility than they used to. Lynne answered me quickly and detailed the areas that might require a few steps. She was absolutely wonderful and I would book this home again and again!

Quick family trip
Great location to get to short hikes for small kids, an amazing playground, and wonderful food options. The house is close to the main road but the living room faces the pond and we spent quite a bit of time watching birds on the move. Would stay there again!
