With 3000 sq. ft of living space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a state-of-the-art kitchen, an open Kitchen/Dining plan ,and central air, you will find everything you need for a vacation getaway. There is also a separate 1 bdrm/1bath cottage available if you need private quarters for guests. Whether you are visiting for a special occasion or just taking some well-deserved vacation time with family, this property will meet all of your needs. Quiet, yet located close enough to amenities, most everything is either a quick walk, bike or car ride. The house is located a mere 3-5 minute walk to Easton’s Beach. Grab the wagon for your gear and you will be relaxing in no time on Easton’s Beach. If it is Sachuest Beach or a quieter “3rd” Beach you prefer both are a 2-3 minute car ride. And of course for the more adventurous you can ride your bikes to any or all beaches. If it’s a meal and cocktail you are looking for, look no further than Flo's Clam Shack, The Atlantic Grille, Diego's Bodega , Tickets Sports Bar, Aquidneck Pizza, and several other restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Perfect location!
Just stayed for a girls trip for the weekend and this home was beautiful and spacious and so clean. The cottage on the property was an extra bonus and absolutely adorable. Not only was the home perfect but the location truly cannot be beat. With views of the ocean and 5 minute drive to downtown Newport, it was the perfect spot! Outstanding Property in Middletown, R.I.
From start to finish, our family of nine could not have had a more enjoyable stay at a lovelier place. The owner of this delightful home was as welcoming and accommodating as could be, and we had every amenity available to us that we could want. The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed!!! We hope to be able to return someday again before too long. A million thanks again to the owner, who has now become a friend, for making our stay so very enjoyable and memorable!!!

Great house in a great location!
We loved staying here. The location can't be beat - a few minute walk to the beach, a few minute drive to the piers or mansions in Newport, and a great neighborhood for a morning walk. The house was amazing - clean, wonderfully decorated, and spacious. The balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor have a great view of the beach and the sunset, and the hot tub on the 3rd floor was a big hit. The beds and couches were comfy and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was huge and well appointed. There was a nice picnic table outside and a small yard in the back to run around. We didn't take advantage of the grill or the guest cottage, but they both looked great too.

Relaxing and Gorgeous
I stayed with a group of friends at this location for a girls' weekend. The view was gorgeous and the home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed being outside and the quick walk to the beach. The home had comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and the best main suite I have ever seen!

Six of us celebrated 30 years of friendship with a Girls Trip to Newport, RI. We found this house on VBRO and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space. Plenty of parking. Less than 10 min to mansions / downtown Newport. Nice water views. Clean. Quick responses from the owner. We were thrilled and would highly recommend!!
