The modern apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which leads out onto the private balcony with views out to Fistral and out to sea. The fully equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher and washer/dryer to make your stay as relaxing as possible.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has two single beds which is perfect for families. Both bedrooms in 17 Ocean One have inbuilt wardrobes. The apartment is located on the ground floor (1st level up from the rear and ground level from the front) Ocean One has lift from the rear to the apartment. Once in the property it is all on one level. Parking for one car is in the outside secure gated parking area.

This property will accept families and couples aged 25 plus. We are able to accept 2 well behaved dogs but are unable to accept singles or groups. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking. There is currently no WIFI available in this property but MIFI maybe available if requested.
