Our Pet Free Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends any time of the year.
This is a Family friendly Resort and Hen Parties/Stag Parties and groups of young people under 30 are not allowed by the resort.
Prices quoted are for up to 8 guests per Cottage per Week. The Best Value breaks are 7 night stays. Shorter breaks are also available with minimum stay of 3/4 nights. Please enquire.
Each Cottage can accommodate up to 10 (including infants) at an extra cost using a double air bed - Please enquire.
We have another 4 bed Cottage next door for larger groups.

Self Catering Cottages built around 2005 include Central Heating or Economy 7 Night Storage Heating and Double Glazing.

Each Cottage has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
1 Master Bedroom with King size Bed with en-suite and smart tv.
2 Double Bedrooms including 1 Ground floor Bedroom.
1 Twin Bedroom
Having a double bedroom and shower room/WC on the ground floor, our cottages are particularly suitable for those with limited mobility.

Minimum stay 3,4 or 7 nights depending on time of year.

Prices include all electric/water/heating costs and Fresh Bed Linen.
Towels are not included but can be added at additional charge. Please advise well before arrival if you would require.
Payment Methods: BACS. We can also take payment via PayPal using Credit Cards/Debits Cards at an additional 2.5% charge.

Full Balance including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit payable 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival date. Non payment of balance by the due date will be deemed a cancellation by the holiday maker and any Deposit payments forfeited.
Full Payment including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit and Booking Fee is due for bookings where arrival date is within 6 weeks (42 days) or less of booking date.
Cancellations at least 70 days before check-in will get back 75% of the amount that they've paid Less Administration Fee (£50).
Cancellations between 30 and 70 days before check-in, will get back 50% less Admin' Fee.
Any Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in - No refunds sorry.
We would strongly advise you to take out your own independent insurance policy for cancellations for any unforeseen circumstances.
