* The home has only one bathroom and relies on a well-water system, which cannot support the needs of large groups.

* Check in MUST be between 2pm -7pm.

* Please note that for non-military guests, certain dog breeds are restricted for insurance reasons, including Guard & Working breeds, Bull-type breeds, Mastiff-type breeds, Spitz & Northen breeds, livestock guardians, other powerful or rare breeds and any pet with a bite history.
