We've stayed here before, and we really enjoy everything about the facility/area. When we checked in this evening, we parked the car at the front door as it was raining. It was extremely slippery, as there was some sleet. Just watch out for that- I wouldn't want any guests to get seriously hurt

The toilet was constantly making noise. The heater was randomly making very loud noise, sounding like an airplane taking off. For these reasons refund should be issued. I was there with my family so I could rest, as I had to drive 9 hours next day. i was very upset. Also the bathroom sliding door was broken, the door was off the railing, so there was a big opening on both sides, exposing the bathroom, no privacy, room smelling poop. Totaly unacceptable.

Unfortunate experience
Blood on toilet upon arrival. Asked housekeeper to come and clean it again. She used a dirty rag to recipe the toilet. Then I asked for a clean rag and spray saying I would be happy to clean it myself. At that she did clean it properly with a fresh rag and spray. Check in at 3:00 rooms weren’t ready until 3:45
