Architect-designed summer house on Bornholm

The house was built in early 2021 situated within walking distance (app. 1,4 km) from Dueodde Beach, one of the finest beaches in Europe with its cosy restraurants and the possibility to get a delicious icecream. Close by is the local golf cours and very close to the house is the Tower of Bornholm and the Cold War Museeum.



The house has a large, bright kitchen-dining room, four beautiful rooms with double beds and two of the rooms with lofts, inviting bathrooms with shower and a large utility room with washer and dryer. The house is equipped with modern appliances and is very well insulated.



The heat comes from resp. heat pump, electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathrooms and utility rooms. There is internet, flat screen TV, DVD player, X-box game console, Apple TV and Google Chromecast.



Outside there is a swallow passage on both sides of the house and a south-facing terrace with both open and covered area. There is direct access to both the hallway and terrace from the kitchen-dining room as well as several of the rooms, the utility room and one bathroom. To the north, the house has an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. There are good access conditions for cars via a private road shared with the neighbor.



The house is located on a beautiful, hilly forrest plot. It must be said that the house is located on high ground, so guests with disability to walk may find it difficult to enter with a small uphill path as well as a low staircase leading up to the main entrance (no railing).



Charging of electric cars is an option as a 16A CEE output is installed facing the parking area. Please bring a charging cable of your own.
