Beautiful Hotel. We stayed in the Garden room which was perfect for our 4 & 5 year old boys, they could just open the doors and run around the garden to burn off energy. Other than the room itโ€™s not great. The restaurants they advertise arenโ€™t exactly as advertisedโ€ฆ the Japanese is shut down, the steak house is a buffet with no steak menu or steak in sight, mainly things like pizza, etc. the rest of the restaurants are the same, buffet and same food in each restaurant. The water park is great, however, adults arenโ€™t allowed to use the slides in the kids area and kids under 135cm canโ€™t go on the bigger slide even if accompanied by and adult so if you go with small children you canโ€™t have fun with them, they can either watch you have fun or you can watch them. The hotel is mainly Russian clientele so as a non Russian we felt quite excluded due to most of the entertainment being in Russian. They have a disco and karaoke in the arena every night, great if youโ€™re in to Russian music, but less great if you have booked a room in the hotel area as you wonโ€™t be getting any sleep until around 11pm most nights. Overall itโ€™s a nice hotel, but we wouldnโ€™t go back.

Stayed at many hotel, resorts in Asia, all inclusive and this one would have to one of the worst. I work in the industry and expect a standard staying at this level. I dont really complain and thought it would be worth mentioning for future quests. Paid for all inclusive. Only one restaurant open at the beach. Making it hard to use the all inclusive meals. Cocktails are very budget options. Breakfast was stale pastries and bread options. Alot of items left from the night before re used l. No option for a pool side menu food options at the waterslide pool. Lunch and dinner very similar. Limited desserts options. Hot dishes okay. Lots of desserts just re used or ganished different. Again, mainly 4 to 5 budget options. Resort is dated, but clean. Alot of the time waterslides were shut. Wanted 200,000 dong extra to have the lights turned on to play tennis. We had to provide our own golf clubs to play on theor putt putt course. Paid a premium price and will never vist re visit this hotel chain again. Stayed at the Radisson down the road a week earler and absolutely loved it. Could not fault it at all.
