The house has its own private garden and terrace. Children's play area: trampoline, swing, 2 soccer goals...
On the property, shared with the second cottage:
- natural swimming area, from spring to autumn (swimming rules must be respected),

- private pond* of 1000m² stocked with roach and small carp (*no fishing license required), for recreational fishing,

- the alpaca field.

100m from the cottage: a safe children's play area with a zip line, games, and a picnic table - the greenway for safe cycling and walking. Visit Craon Castle and its park (6km), a listed historical monument, open from April to the end of October. Also nearby are La Rincerie (7km): a leisure park with swimming, a children's playground, fishing, and water sports (kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, pedal boats, etc.). The Robert Tatin Museum (19km) is a surprising and unusual art museum. The Refuge de l'Arche (27km) is a haven of peace, home to nearly 1,500 local and exotic animals. Finally, there's La Mine Bleue (18km), an unusual adventure 126m underground.

Shops: a supermarket is 3km away, and other shops and services are available in Craon (4km). The house has two levels, a private entrance, and a private garden.

1-2 night weekend stays: check-in 5 pm - check-out 5 pm.

Minimum stay of 3 nights: check-in 5 pm - check-out 10 am. Living areas on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room.
From Craon, take the road towards Nantes in the direction of Renazé. Turn right onto the road to Bouchamps-lès-Craon, and you have arrived.
