The space
We recently finished renovating this entire house.
Everything almost new and clean. Each bedroom has a bed, All bedrooms have closet space & closets hanging rack. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, cooking items, cutlery and dishes. The dining room can seat 4 people and the living room has a sofa and smart TV with streaming apps you can sign in to, Iron, Iron board, Hair Dryer, We provide 3-4 towels if you need more please inform us before 1 day, we provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, Face tissue, Kitchen tissue, bathroom tissue, Air freshener, Extra pillows.

You can park one car front of the house or you can park for free on the street in front of the house for 24 hours.

High speed Internet via WiFi is available.

We strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you.

Please note: We don’t have Air conditioner but we have heating system. Most of the homes in Niagara Falls area, including this one, are 100 years old and we newly installed floor vinyl, new paint, new electric, plumbing, Furnace, inside almost everything is new but structure is not new.
