Hospitable Hosts

The home was spotless, clean, neat, and the hosts were very accommodating, hospitable, and super hosts. I would recommend this home to anyone anytime. We will book here again on our next trip to Niagara. The location is very ideal. It is close to everything. If you have your own transportation, access to all tourist areas are easy and within 10-15 minutes. If you don’t have transportation, calling a cab is easy or the hosts might even drive you to where you want to go. I would rate this place a 5x5 or 10x10. Highly recommended.

Host is very kind but listing is extremely deceptive

Hello. I booked this place for myself and coworker. The listing describes it as a two bedroom two bath apartment with host living upstairs. I got there to find host lives upstairs and so do guests. There were two bedrooms with my name on it and one was next to hosts bedroom. The listing showed a nice living room with large screen TV. This is the hosts living room downstairs that you are welcome to share. There are two bathrooms as advertised but one had my name on it telling me to use that one so it wasn't even two baths as advertised. My check in instructions were to use keypad on front door and go up the stairs. I opened the front door to find host in living room watching TV. I was shocked. This should be listed as a shared space. I don't feel comfortable in shared spaces. Besides the bedrooms were just the beds, no dresser, no tv. Host was very kind when I immediately asked to leave and he refunded me in full. I expected vrbo to screen these slissrsinh better for accuracy as it ruined my trip.
