The house was dirty and not up to the mark. The front porch sitting area was really dirty and the ceiling fan had spider webs on it. The main Family Room in the back with the large sofa and sitting area had no TV. The pics on the Vrbo App showed that the Family Room had a TV. The Kitchen was also dirty and all the cutlery, dishes, water kettle and pots were nasty and rusted. There was no scrubber or metal wollen mesh to scrub off the dishes or pots properly. Our Stay was saved only because of the Pool in the back. All the bedrooms had only 1 or no night stand and almost no closet space or any other type of furniture or chairs. It was a really overrated home and was not worth the money that they charged for it. The Basement Bathroom had no hand soap and they didn’t even provide enough towels. We had to transfer a few towels from the 2nd floor bathroom to the basement bathroom. Overall not very happy with our stay and the price charged for only 2 nights stay in such a nasty and unorganized house is ridiculously Absurd.

This property is a complete fraud. Do not stay here.The listing photos are entirely misleading. The house was filthy, broken down, and absolutely not ready for guests. Upon arrival, we found fecal matter on the toilet seat, hair in the shower drain, sticky floors, stained towels, and two sets of false eyelashes stuck to a bedroom wall. The stove was covered in grease and food residue. There were no washcloths. A wall vent was missing its cover, exposing the duct. The back door didn’t close properly and was held shut with a flimsy metal latch.We booked this property for the pool and hot tub—both were unusable. The pool cover was detached and dangerously hot to the touch. The filtration system wasn’t running: no suction, no sound, no movement. The slide was broken and the concrete lining was flaking. The hot tub smelled musty, and none of the controls worked—one knob was glued on.We didn’t receive check-in instructions until an hour after our scheduled arrival time, despite repeated texts and calls. When the host finally responded, they were rude and unhelpful.This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and falsely advertised. VRBO should remove it immediately. No traveler should ever be subjected to this level of neglect and dishonesty.

Mixed Bag

Pros: location (walkable to Falls and Clifton Hill), beautiful pool, clean hot tub and house, easy check-in and communication with the property manager.Cons: Needs some TLC due to being an older house. Curtain rods falling on you when opening drapes, windows extremely difficult to open, door leading to a super hot sun room wouldn’t stay closed and let in the hot air, tv in family wasn’t there but the bracket was, kitchen ceiling fan wouldn’t turn on, sunroom’s bathroom light didn’t work. The air conditioner stopped working during really hot days, so we had to sleep with a house that was in the high 80s for 2 nights. (The manager helped to fix it, but the 2 hot days/nights was disappointing.) It’s important to note that there is one bedroom in the attic which was unventilated so was unusable from day one due to the heat. The hot tub cover weighed at least 50lbs and took 3 adults to take off and put on, so we stopped putting the cover on. It seemed like it was water-logged. The jets did not work.
