You have to pay for parking at the hotel and a convenience fee which is unreasonable since you’re already renting the room in the first place. There’s a weird smell in the room, almost musty mixed with new paint. Staff friendly. Breakfast good first day- empty the second. No vending machines, just over priced snack area. Just OK.

Fantastic hotel looks brand new

Family of 5 had a fantastic two night stay! 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Ample parking. Rooms very modern and comfortable! Breakfast was included and was decent. Service was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool, wasn't very big but area and pool were clean. Would highly recommend.

Our room was great. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Like most hotels that we have stayed in, the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable so i would suggest bringing your own. We did ask the front desk for a couple more pillows and they brought them to our room right away. I would say our only complaint is that you get charged for parking in the lot at the hotel. Coming from the US, that is not something we have ever had to do while staying at a hotel. Parking is free for guests. Overall we had a good experience though!
