Very friendly staff from the Front Desk very helpful to the Breakfast staff and the food being served was really freshly cooked. The chef came out to check the food and even greet the guest. The Housekeeping staff very attentive to the guest needs. We were a party of five and I booked two Queen bedrooms. All of my groups agreed were empress. We all like the Fitness room as they have the Equipment just what we only need. Also the pool is okay. What we like the most was the Sitting area outside the Pool. It was really great for hangout with friends. They have tables and chairs. We said "WoW!!!

The complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of good food for any taste, juice bar. The hotel is echo friendly, each floor is equipped with filtered water stations. Great atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Across the street from white water walk. Buddhist temple next door as a museum. Bus stop right by the hotel would take you to Niagara Falls. Overall amazing hotel, would visit again.

The buffet breakfast was very good, with variety and fruits. It's a new facility and everything is still in good shape. The kitchen facility was good and the bathroom though small was functional and neat. I am not too happy with the $15 charge per day for parking. Many hotels around have free parking. In addition, I had to pay extra charges ($43.40) for destination fees plus sales tax. I thought Expedia had included all these extras. There was no Senior's discount for me.

Clean room, nice hotel. I had reserved a room with a queen and a pull out couch bed and marked for two guests. When we arrived at check in they had given away all the rooms with two beds or a bed and pull out bed. They told me if I would’ve put that there were three people in the room they would have been sure to keep one of the rooms. We did not want to share a bed. This is the first time this has ever happened. For the guest services to tell me it was my fault was insulting. We moved to embassy suites the next day and preferred that hotel.

breakfast was greasy bacon not cooked potatoes tots. Needs more toasters and the bacon was not refilled only bits not enough food for the amount of people who were there for breakfast. No muffins every thing except the powdered eggs was no fully available. FAST FOOD IN REFIDGERATOR for use in the rooms not healthy at all.

Good size for big family. There's an option to prepare food at the kitchen area and nice living room space. Breakfast was also good. We had experienced good customer service with Alec, staff at the reception. Overall experiance at this hotel was fantastic! Kids loved it.

I thought the parking was free. I filterd free parking when I do the search in your web site. When I arrived in the hotel I was asked to pay parking $15 per day. It was a pretty bad experience.

Perfect for family trip with flex to cook

Large room with well equipped kitchenette with big fridge freezer. Inc breakfast which was more than adequate something hot (bacon one day sausage the next with eggs ) cereal variety and bread muffins etc. great location for exploring niagora on the Canada side but far enough away from the tacky centre. You can bus from here but we choose to drive and parked by journey behind the falls

The room is wonderful. We love that it’s away from the noise of the main strip but that there is shopping at the little mall down the road. And the Buddhist Twmple next door is beautiful.

A really nice room with a kitchenette. Nice layout and use of space. A shuttle to the falls would be great as it is about 4km to the falls. Breakfast was simple. Maybe some muffins or sweets would be nice. Eggs (over easy or scrambled) would have been nice rather than egg&cheese on English muffin. Already had English muffins on the area with toast. Really friendly staff. We would return again.

Sites are close by, still need to drive though. Breakfast should have more simple bacon/sausage and eggs instead of quiche or omelette. Price is good for what you get. Area was very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely return.
