If you are looking for space for a large family reunion or special event, our properties are near by each other and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Please be advised that this home is also a multi-unit home(3 separate units) . When booking this portion of the property you will be granted access to units 1 & 3. Keep in mind ,that not booking the entire property there may be other travelers cohabiting in one of the opposite units throughout your stay. If this is a situation you would prefer not to be in , we advise booking this listing in its entirety.

Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.

Guest Access:
When booking this portion of the property you will be granted access to units 1 and 3. Please do not allow kids to be unattended.
Guests have access to the particular units booked. except for any locked doors (basement, some closets, etc.)

LOCATION! This house is very close to many attractions that Niagara Falls offers and it is also close to the highway, supermarket, restaurants, etc. It is absolutely perfect for your trip in the Falls as you can park your cars on site and walk to all the tourist attractions nearby.

There are buses, that run throughout the neighborhood, there is uber and lyft available in the area.
If you would like to rent bicycles, please let us know in advance.

COVID-19 UPDATE: DEAR GUESTS, OUR REGULAR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SESSIONS ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE THE UNIT DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN EACH STAY. WE TAKE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND WANT OUT GUESTS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THIS UNEASY TIME. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH A HAND SANITIZER BOTTLE AND DISINFECTANT WIPES PER FLOOR. PLEASE STAY SAFE IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME, WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.
We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.
