Charming Self-Contained Guest Cottage in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautifully renovated, self-contained guest cottage located in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake (428 Simcoe Street, License No. 128-2026). Surrounded by lush gardens filled with fragrant roses, the cottage offers a peaceful and private setting, complete with a secluded backyard patio featuring outdoor seating and a barbecue—perfect for summer evenings.

Inside, the cottage features a bright and inviting open-concept living space with cathedral ceilings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cozy living area offers a fireplace, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a streaming box so you can log into your own streaming services during your stay, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and additional seating.

The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, armoire, and a ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom, step directly out to the garden patio. For added convenience, the bathroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (maximum 2 adults), with the bedroom sleeping two and the living room sofa bed accommodating additional guests.

Located just a short walk from Niagara-on-the-Lake’s charming shops, restaurants, and theatres, and only 0.7 km from the town centre, this is an ideal location for exploring everything the area has to offer.
