We welcome families traveling with children. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience the maximum occupancy is 2 including children over 2-years old. Please be aware that our hotel is not child proof. Child locks, gates and monitors will not be provided.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.

Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.

Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.
