MASSENA DREAM is a very nice air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms. Its location in the hyper center a few steps from Place Massena, the main avenue Jean Médecin and Old Nice makes it exceptional. You will be at the heart of city life in Nice. You will take advantage of the balcony to drink a glass of rosé or have your morning coffee there.



The apartment has modern decor. The soft colors of the apartment combined with touches of different blues create a peaceful atmosphere.

You will find natural materials and fibers such as wooden furniture and the chunky-knit plaid in wool.



The 2 QUEEN SIZE beds in the bedrooms with their 30cm thick, French-made soft mattresses will be your ideal companions for rejuvenating nights after hours of walking in the streets of Nice.

Thanks to the living room's smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.

Wow - all in one

The appartement is extremely central, super nice and the perfekt place to do anything in Nice. If you want to enjoy coffee or meals in the appartment, all kind of groceries, boulangeries etc are close. We really recommend the appartement, the service and the location.

Great location lovely apartment

The kitchen and lounge are very spacious. The 2 toilets were very handy. The bedrooms although a little bit small, had great storage and comfy beds. The location was very central, with good links for Trams and buses. The kitchen was very clean - could do with some more options for glasses and cooking pans. Appliances including washing machine and dish washer were excellent. Very easy communication with the rental agent, via text and phone. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment.

Fantastic stay in Nice

A fantastic modern and spacious apartment perfectly located in Nice for both the beach and Old Town. Tram stop was only metres from the apartment and very convenient for getting to SNCF station. The late afternoon sun on the balcony was a welcome bonus! Check in (and out) service provided by N&J was quick and easy along with all the information for a perfect stay provided via their app. Perfect service. Thank you. Nothing. Perfect service.

Great location, like new apartment

All was great. Living space was very nice. AC works very good. Keys pickup and drop off especially very inconvenient. Should let guests at least leave keys in unit at departure. No weekend communication available or at least we received no response. Bedrooms small, difficult with luggage and to use closets. Baths small with no shelf space which should be added. Shower needs shelf for soap and bottles.

Great location, some drawbacks

First, the positives: the property was well appointed with all the essentials and the location can't be beat if you want to be in the heart of the city. The living/dining/kitchen area is relatively spacious and the washer/dryer was fantastic for our 2 week stay. Thedrawbacks...the bedrooms are very small and the closets are hard to access (you have to sit on the bed to open them) and the beds could use a refresh. One had a plastic matress cover on it that was annoying. The toilet areas were insanely small (think airplane bathroom)so be advised! The management company doesn't meet you at the property to give you the keys so you have to make accomodations for that - we paid for their pickup service which was great, but it was an extra cost. There's no way we could have managed getting from the airport to their office and to the property on with our luggage easily. We also had an issue with the management company double charging our deposit AND pulling our final installment 7 weeks early. They agreed to refund it, but never did. Definitely did not appreciate that. That said, they were very responsive to a couple of issues we had while we were there. Overall, its a great property with a fantastic location but there are some drawbacks to be aware of.

Bel Appartement, spacieux et lumineux. Tout fonctionnant, dotation complète. Emplacement hyper centre et proche des plages. La propreté des toilettes.
