During the covid19 pandemic, we agree to leave 24 hours between each stay. Of course, the cleaning will be done scrupulously (smooth surfaces, switches ...) with products adapted by professionals.
In the historic city of Vence, small independent house of 40 m², 1 bedroom with balcony - open view. A terrace - covered patio with table and plancha.
Private enclosed garden 400 m², olive, mimosa, cherry and tangerine with 2 sun loungers for naps or summer evenings.
Pedestrian area, guaranteed tranquility, close to terraces, restaurants, shops, Provencal market (Tuesday-Friday).
Ideal for visiting the region. Come and taste the Mediterranean art of living.

A mixed experience

This apartment is very well situated minutes from the heart of the old town, and easily accessible by foot to reasonable parking. The property manager was prompt, helpful and responsive to WhatsApp messages. The drawbacks are that the property is extremely modest for the price, compared to our other apartments in southern France. Additionally, there were some specific problems. The wi-fi is very spotty. The manager told us reception is best from the garden, but that is not a convenient option, especially after dark. Also the hot water is unreliable. Even after coaching from the manager, the hot water would come and go mid-shower. We expected more comfort and reliability for the price.
