Located in La Colle sur Loup with a view of the Gorges du Loup, La Villa des parfums by Riviera Holiday Homes is a magnificent seasonal rental villa of 185 m2 on a beautiful plot of land of 2500m2, this villa is fully air-conditioned with a beautiful swimming pool. 13 x 8 meter overflow, pétanque court, ping pong table, electric plancha, everything you need to have a great holiday with family or friends.
The villa is composed as follows:
5 bedrooms including 1 bedroom- studio with kitchen.
3 of the bedrooms have 1 160cm bed; and 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds
3 bathrooms and 3 toilets
a separate fully equipped kitchen, American fridge with ice cubes, oven, espresso machine hob etc.
