The stone-built house was part of a group of houses built during colonial times to house employees of the Forestry Department. Its interior was renovated to modern standards in 2011 and then again in 2018, creating a unique atmosphere. Its exterior retains its colonial times charm. The house perfectly blends the old with the new and will delight guests who are looking for an authentic Nicosia experience.

An amazingly enjoyable home in the heart of Nicosia!

It was a great surprise to find this amazingly comfortable colonial home in the heart of Nicosia! Renovated to the last detail, clean, practical, aesthetic, homely, warm, cozy, with a romantic Nicosia style garden, covered verandas, in a quiet yet old classy neighbourhood of Nicosia, very close to the centre and to the old town. A sense of generosity and welcoming in every detail, made us feel as if a friend has just prepared it for us! We enjoyed so much our staying there ! Congratulations for the great hospitality. We absolutely recommend it.
