Cozy, modern furnished apartment in the beautiful Eifel.

We want you to feel comfortable on your vacation and therefore offer you a 120 sqm, newly renovated non-smoking apartment. (smoking only allowed on the balcony)

The apartment has a bright living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and guest toilet.
We also offer free WiFi and TV.
We also took care of our little guests. We would be happy to provide you with a travel cot and high chair.

Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing weekend trip, a short trip to escape everyday life or the deserved annual vacation.

Relaxing retreat

We loved this property. Host greeted us, very friendly. Place was Immaculate! Very comfortable, large. The neighborhood is so cute. We would highly recommend this property. One if the best!!!

Great stay in Eiffel National Park

Gerda was an excellent host, even made us cake one afternoon, what a treat! Property was very clean and very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need on holiday. It is a contemporary conversion on first and second floors, lounge diner opens onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and view beyond. Local supermarket somewhat limited but has basics there. The only note I would make is that the stairs up to the second floor bedroom are a little awkward and that both bathrooms are on the first floor. Local pizzeria served good pizza and pasta but for a good dinner would recommend heading to Nideggen.

A great place to stay in the Eifel

This is a huge, roomy two bedroom flat on the first floor of a house located on a quiet suburban street in Schmidt. A few cars went by but they didn‘t disturb us. Schmidt is a great location for exploring the Eifel with most of the best walks no more than half and hour‘s drive away. The flat itself was tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area had a comfortable sofa and a proper table and chairs to eat at, as well as a smaller table in the kitchen. Gerda was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had and even treated us to some local cakes on two occasions. The second bedroom is up a steep space saving staircase that would be difficult for someone with mobility difficulties. There is no washing machine in the flat.We can thoroughly recommend Gerda‘s flat as a good place to stay.

Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und haben uns regelrecht verwöhnt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben.Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Komfort und Wohlbefinden gelegt wird.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eier der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die wir bis jetzt hatten. Sehr, sehr sauber. Die vorhandenen Fotos des Inserates hinken der tatsächlich schicken Wohnung hinterher.Die Vermieterin selbst ist sehr nett und entgegen kommend.Besonders süß der Sonntags Gruß von ihr mit Brötchen und selbst gemachter Marmelade. Wir haben uns dort außerordentlich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und uns wirklich erholt. Alles in allem bestens und wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung und perfekte Gastgeber Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung alles super vorbildlich. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber welche uns unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten. Brötchenservice, frisches Obst, Getränke und und und. So eine gute, schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung haben wir noch nicht gehabt. Dazu noch eine sehr ruhige Lage von der man aus tolle Touren in der Eifel unternehmen konnte. Diese modern eingerichtete und gemütliche Ferienwohnung können wir sehr, sehr empfehlen. Es gibt sogar im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafräumen einen Standventilator. Alles trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei und es ist ein wunderbares Ambiente zum ‚Abschalten’ vom Alltag. Ebenso hat uns die persönliche Zuwendung der Vermieterin zugesagt.

Eine Perle in der Eifel

Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Die Fotos im Internet haben nicht zu viel versprochen.Snacks und Süßigkeiten, gekühlte Getränken und eine gut gefüllte Obstschale ließen keine Wünsche offen.Das Service-Paket beinhaltete Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Nebenkosten und Endreinigung.Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen.Mit dem morgendlichen Brötchenservice sowie den netten Aufmerksamkeiten zwischendurch, wie selbstgemachter Marmelade und Kuchen, wurden wir zusätzlich verwöhnt.Wir können diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und werden uns mit Freude an diesen Urlaub erinnern.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit nette en schone appartement. Alles was goed verzorgd en het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. De gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de broodjesservice in de ochtend was een extra pluspunt dat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Echt een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort en gastvrijheid!

Die sehr gepflegte und bestens ausgestatte Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, ist hervorragend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.Den gut gefüllten Obstkorb und der Brötchenservice am ersten Morgen nach der Anreiße haben wir sehr genossen. In der Nähe sind auch zwei Bäckereien mit leckeren Brötchen und Backwaren. Wir möchten uns hiermit auch noch einmal bei unserer Gastgeberin für die sehr schöne Zeit in ihrem Hause bedanken.

Wir waren zwar nur ein Wochenende hier aber wir waren mehr als überrascht wie toll und gut die Wohnung ausgestattet ist. Wir würden jeden empfehlen diese Wohnung zu buchen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist hier auch sehr hervorzuheben. Vielen Dank für alles
