Entire house with a yard and pool, 5 minutes from Playa América

Wake up to a view of the valley and the mountains, have breakfast on the porch, and be walking on the sand at Playa América in just a five-minute drive. This detached house in A Ramallosa (Nigrán) is the kind you rent out entirely so no one has to share the space: two stories plus an attic, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table for leisurely after-dinner conversations, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a fenced-in lot of 379 m² with a lawn, camellias, and fruit trees.

Outside, there are two porches: one for morning coffee and another for dinners that go on late into the night. In the summer, we set up an inflatable pool in the garden—perfect for the kids after a day at the beach. The house’s parking lot is available for guests, so you can leave your car there and walk down to the centre of A Ramallosa.
