El baño no está cerrado y separa la habitación de la ducha con cristal. A pesar de tener persiana veneciana, no bajaba del todo ni sé quedaba totalmente opaca. Avisamos a recepción y mantenimiento no aportó ninguna solución. Siendo la reserva para tres personas, nos lo deberían haber indicado, puesto que suponía un problema de intimidad. El desayuno, a pesar de ser buffet libre estaba mal atendido, mal abastecido y con poca variedad. El personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción.

Al prinicipio nos dieron una habitacion complicada para subir y mas con maletas. Despues de dos dias nos cambiaron, pero faltan cajones y el mantenimiento es minimo y han problemas, ducha que se cae, puerta que no cierra bien, aunque el personal es muy eficiente y amable al igual que la dirección.

Le personnel est merveilleux , mention speciale à la jeune dame qui nous a accueillie en faisant l'effort de s'exprimer en français. San José est un village retranché des grandes stations balnéaires uniformes et sans âme. L'hotel conserve ce charme avec une décoration reussie. Les chambres sont parfaitement équipés. Le petit dejeuner se deroule egalement dans une ambiance cosy. Les plages de genoveses et monsul sont magnifiques, le soir, vous avez l'embarras du choix en terme restauration à 5 minutes de marche de l'hotel. C'était notre deuxième sejour, probablement pas le dernier.

Un sitio muy bueno para pasar unos dias. De desayuno no habia buffet libre, aunque decia que asi era. Podias elegir 5 productos de una carta y ellos te lo servian. Decir que estaba bien, pero tener en cuenta por si se espera que sea como indica.

Hotel muy agradable y bien situado. Pequeño pero espacioso y muy cómodo. Puesto con muchos detalles. Tranquilo, nada de ruidos. La habitación muy grande, moderna y cómoda. Las camas estupendas.
