Peacefully located romantic apartment Sierraymar

The quiet apartment SIERRAMAR is located in the old village center of the pretty market town of Níjar in the area of Almería, at the foot of the Sierra Alhamilla and near the unspoilt beaches of the Natural Park 'Cabo de Gata-Níjar'.

THE APARTMENT:
The tastefully and carefully renovated apartment is part of a traditional courtyard house with several hundred years of building fabric. The facility is lovingly compiled. The thick walls protect against the Andalusian heat even in hot summer days. The apartment is centrally located and yet very quiet. From the sun terrace in front of the kitchen you can reach the spiral staircase and a large roof terrace with a view of the whole valley with its gentle, hilly landscape; on the horizon, the sea is to be discovered.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The adjoining living room has an additional single bed. A small, diverse holiday library is available (English, German, Spanish).
The kitchen is simple and practical - equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge. The bathroom has a small tub with shower.

The village with its 2,800 inhabitants is located in the interior, in the midst of a wonderfully varied landscape. Blooming pomegranate trees, orange and olive groves and the scent of flowering jasmine put you in an almost oriental sensory world.

Nijar is a traditional Andalusian village with its many shops. Be seduced by the offer of the bakeries and confectioners, drink an aperitif under the palms of the main avenue, taste the delicious tapas of the small restaurants, stroll past the displays of the pottery and wickerwork, take part in the lively social life at the church square and at the weekly village market or explore the winding side streets at the foot of the hill!

Beaches:
Various very beautiful, z. T. lonely beaches, mostly flat with very fine sand are located in about 20-minute distance. Often with extensive infrastructure (restaurants, showers toilets; Agua Amarga or San José) or lonely in the dunes (near San José: Playas Monsul, Genoveses, Playazo).
Bathing season is from April to October.

The area is known for its unique natural landscapes: In the immediate vicinity of the volcanic landscape of Nijar, the Natural Park Cabo de Gata-Nijar (diverse fauna, including. Flamingos, wild agaves), the Alpujarras (almond and apricot groves, vines, pomegranates), the Sierra Nevada (snow-capped ridges with conifers) desert landscape of Tabernas or the rock dwellings of Guadix.
