This Swiss-style chalet offers a tranquil lakeside hideaway complete with private water access for swimming and boating just 20 miles outside of downtown Spokane! Enjoy a relaxing stay that's all your own where you can reconnect with close friends or family. Adding to its idyllic appeal, the chalet often receives visits from local wildlife like white and black tail deer.

Lounge in the lakeside Adirondacks or head down to the private dock to swim and fish. Bring or rent a boat and keep it parked right at home. You can launch it nearby at Riverside State Park. After you've worked up an appetite out on the water, fire up the outdoor pizza oven. The furnished deck offers a pleasant perch to take in the views and it comes furnished for outdoor living with cushioned seating, a dining table, and a gas fire table.

Major appliances and handy countertop accessories make it easy to plan and prepare delicious family-style meals in the full kitchen. A beautiful, two-sided wood-burning fireplace frames the living room and the den. A large beverage fridge is equipped in the den and the living room features a plush sectional and a Smart TV.

The home boasts two primary suites, each with an en suite bathroom. One suite includes a private balcony. The other offers direct deck access. Each bedroom occupies a separate end of the house, with plenty of space to spread out in between, providing plenty of room for privacy.

Home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack 'n Play, baby gates, a high chair, and a baby bath. You'll also have access to an Echelon smart treadmill, & Echelon smart spin bike, dumbbell set & weight set.

Nice place, great amenities. Kitchen comes mostly fully equipped which makes cooking for the family so much easier. The dock, kayaks, and paddle board were tons of fun. The layout and indoor spaces were great for playing games and eating. Everything was very comfortable. Two things to be aware of is this property doesn’t have a yard. We brought lots of yard games, but the only area that could have been used was overgrown weeds and rocks. Also the house sits up high above the lake and the trail and road down is steep and rocky, making it dangerous for elderly and small kiddos. Neither of these was a huge deal for us, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. We would have considered bringing an ATV.

The property was dirty and they had so many cameras I felt that I was being watched the whole time! No privacy at all! Do not buy the trip insurance it is a waste of money!

Had a good time.

Everything was nice and clean and was what we expected. There was a problem with garbage left behind by former guests but the administrator took care of it promptly. The steep walk to the beach took us off guard but there was an access road we could use to drive there so all was good. We had a great time.

Awesome Lake House

We stayed two nights for a graduation in Spokane and loved this place. We definitely want to come back for a real vacation. The beds are so cozy, the kitchen is well appointed, the view and lake are beautiful. It is big, too...lots of room to spread out. Everything is just really thoughtfully and very nicely put together. Kudos to the owners for the great home and for sharing with us!
