The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and bright. There were many options for breakfast, and was delicious and on time. Lily (owner) took the stress out of activity planning because she organized a local driver for us very quickly upon our arrival. We paid for laundry service which was extremely convenient, affordable, and timely. And most of all, she was super knowledgeable and made excellent activity recommendations considering our interests and the time we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily.

This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh.

Lily is an amazing host who runs her homestay seemlessly. She is also very knowledgeable and was helpful with providing us great suggestions in how to explore Ninh Binh. Our room and bed was comfortable which gave us good night's rest. Breakfast was also tasty and was served generously. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for a quality stay when visiting Tam Coc, Ninh Binh!

Highly recommend!!

Our stay was incredible. The owner was so lovely and accommodating, making us homemade breakfasts in the morning (the crepes are 10/10!) She went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and modern, and there were free bikes to use which made exploring Tam Coc easy. The dog was also super cute!!

We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving. Our stay was lovely at Tam Coc Lily Homestay. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tam Coc is very noisy so it was nice to stay here, cycle out to the fields and explore. We didn’t have long here so we used grab to get to and from places quickly, otherwise if your here longer you can hire a scooter from the property easily, or even better cycle for a lovely slow paced explore. We were fed very well each morning and nothing was too much for our host, she even got her teapot out just for us (my other half can’t survive without this morning pot of tea) Huge thank you!

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly, it has been the best place I have stayed when travelling the country. The room was also great and was very spacious and clean, also a wide range of breakfast choices. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tam Coc.

Best customer service

We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. She literally put us on the bus and i'm so grateful for a positive experience. The room was clean, but is worth noting the bathroom can be smelly. If this is a concern for you, i'm sure you could address it with her. I gladly recommend this family run business.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. The policy of no flushing TP caught me off guard but it’s a minor hiccup. Scooters and bicycles were readily available. The homemade breakfasts were worth it.

Tam Coc Lily Homestay was a great location for visiting Ninh Binh. The owner “Lily” rents out scooters that you can use to go to Pho Co Hoa Lu (city centre) . It was a short scooter ride to the boat rides to visit the caves “World Heritage site”. It was a short walk from the homestay to the boat ride “town” in Tam Coc Bich Dong for rice parties fields. It was a partial rainy day but as a tourist, you make the best of it. People there were wonderful. Breakfast at Tam Coc Lily was great, choice of hot noodle soup, Vietnamese rice rolls (Banh Cuon) and fresh fruits and coffee/juice. Lily was a great host. Overall, great place and I would recommend!

The owners at this place were simply amazing. They helped us with booking transportation to Hanoi, gave rec’s for places to eat/visit in the area and went out of their way to help us out any way possible. Another nice perk was having free bicycles to take for the day. They also have scooters to rent (~$5USD) as well. The room and property were all very clean. Our room was quiet and spacious as well. Would def recommend this property.

Wow property and the best service we received from Lily and her husband. Delicious fresh homemade breakfast every morning. Plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice daily. Lily’s made sure her guests were always happy and catered to their every need. She organized our transportation for the night sleeper bus to Hue and even took us to bus stop herself. Amazing experience and customer service. I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable rooms with balcony view.
