A Great Option in Ninh Binh

The Vancouver is a good option for people staying in Ninh Binh. It's reasonably close to all the tourist attractions and has a large selection of nearby food options. The family who run the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and safe.

Amazing Hotel in Ninh Binh!

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Amazing service, amazing staff, and great room. Will definitely be back!

While the Vancouver Hotel might be a 3-star hotel, it felt like 5 star in customer service. The hotel manager, David, and his wife were so kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, organized a motorbike rental for us, answered all of questions as tourists, and helped organize a cab for us. They even gave us a small Christmas gift as we were staying over Christmas. Apart from the service, the room was clean and had a shower with good pressure and hot water. Another highlight was the breakfast (included) which was excellent. It was so nice to have a home cooked meal which included the best mango I’ve ever eaten. I would go back just for the breakfast! Overall, they really went above and beyond in every aspect to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. The true is the Vancouver hotel is not as luxurious as other pricey grand hotels but if you are looking for a convenient, clean, quiet, and peaceful place for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in for their hospitality! The room was carefully decorated by the family and was very comfortable but the best part was Tuan's effort to ensure we had a good time. He arranged for us to have Pho for breakfast and helped us get a driver for the day so we could explore the city which ended up being such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel and will bookmark in case I ever come back to Ninh Binh!

Clean and friendly hotel. Manager was extremely helpful helping us change a Vietjet flight that had been cancelled. He was on the phone for over an hour with Vietjet.

Location is good, a lot of small restaurants around. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk. Breakfast is fine. No elevator for the elderly but staff help you with your luggage

Great host and comfortable stay

Great host, Mr Tuan went above and beyond to help. Helped with deliveries I had to the hotel. Great recommendations on activities and food. Rented me a scooter and helped with practicalities for my journey to Pu Luong national park. Room is very comfortable and clean. Exceptional value. Breakfast was fresh and tasty! Thank you!

Great Facilities good location

Great hotel centrally located in Ninh Binh . Feels like a 4-5 star hotel . The couple who owns, speak good english ( hard to find in VN) . They coordinated my trips and a ride to Hanoi. Breakfast is ok. Cons - No elevator (i was on 3rd floor), the window looks directly to the neighbor building so you can leave the curtains open.
