The space
This spacious Farm home is located is located seconds from the 101 in peaceful Nipomo, CA.

The property is nestled on the famous Solid Rock Ranch, a lush 25 acre ranch with stables and horses.

From the home you can view rolling green hills, breathtaking wineries and stars so bright it will light up your night. Don't miss the gorgeous Sunsets that glow over the property at dawn.

The town of Nipomo is blessed with beautiful coastal weather featuring delightful ocean breezes and wonderfully mild temperatures year round.

Several delicious and famous restaurants can be found nearby such as Nipomo's Jocko's Steakhouse and SLO's Gieseppe's, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, nail salon and dry cleaners, local yoga studios and much more amentities are located minutes from the property. Local hikes, walking trails, bike rentals, horse rides, farmers markets, golf courses and beach driving are among the limitless activities you will find in the area. The property is minutes from San Luis Obispo, Lake Lopez, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach and endless famous vineyards and wineries to sample.
Guest access
The rental home comes with six (6) bedrooms and six (6) bathrooms and is able to accommodate upwards twelve (12) guests at a time. Anymore than ten (10) guests will incur a nightly fee per guest.

Guests have full access to the laundry room (2 washer and dryers) located in the house. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Direct TV is available in the living room. Dishwasher, a stove, microwave, oven and all other kitchen amenities provided, as well as a filtered water system on the sink. Each bedroom comes with its own shower (towels included).

Outside of the home for an additional fee and based upon availability and health guidelines guests have access to the on property amphitheater, and recreation center. The recreation center also features a kitchen and BBQ area (covered and uncovered). Basketball hoop is on the property. The grounds over majestic views and peaceful walking areas.

The areas which are off limits to guests will be noted on your check in and include the second house, cabins, horse grounds (except if rented separately), horses (due to liability) and any closets or bedrooms marked private or locked.
