Gîte des Hirondelles

This spacious 128 m² (1,380 sq ft) holiday cottage, spread over two levels, is located in a renovated barn in the heart of the hamlet of Montgriffon. The ground floor is accessed through French doors that open onto a large open-plan living area with a kitchen and lounge, complete with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). A subtle blend of wood and stone creates a charming atmosphere. On the garden level, there is one bedroom (one double bed) with direct access to the outside, an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are three colorful bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a shower room and a separate WC. A mezzanine with a television area completes the first floor. Utilities are included. A private garden allows you to fully enjoy the peace and quiet and the views of the surrounding countryside. A rate of 6 people is available in the off-season. Things to do: go-karting in Ambérieu, treetop adventure course in Hauteville, hiking... Places to discover: the Fruitière d'Aranc (its cheeses and grocery store) and its museum 8 km away, the medieval town of Montcornelles (under construction) 10 km away, the Royal Monastery of Brou 35 km away, the medieval town of Pérouges 35 km away, Lake Nantua, the Cerdon caves and its wine-growing village.
