maison bien située mais peu fonctionnelle et peu propre

La maison très bien située proche du centre ville de Noirmoutier. Accès aux plages en voiture ou vélo. Le confort est assez trompeur, une seule literie est de qualité, et les canapés et chaises sont assez anciens et inconfortables. La propreté était douteuse et les pièces encombrées.

Maison agréable et bien placée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Le fait d'être dans le centre de Noirmoutier-en-l'Île permet de profiter des commerces, de l'ambiance et de laisser sortir les ados seuls. La plage est à 5 mn en vélo et il y a une librairie fantastique à 50 m. La maison est assez grande pour 9 personnes et la cour est ombragée. De plus, les propriétaires sont charmants.
