Inside, you will be welcomed into a spacious living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your meals in a friendly manner. It features gas hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. The large dining table will allow you to savour the delicious meals you will have prepared with family or friends, while enjoying the pleasant view of the garden. The lounge area, with its television, is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.



Outside, the enclosed and tree-lined garden offers you a true slice of paradise to relax in the sun! And for a friendly meal, the terrace with its plancha is the perfect spot for gourmet moments in the open air



At night, three comfortable rooms await you in the house: the first room has a double bed (140x190), while the other two rooms have a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). A bathroom with a hairdryer and WC will allow everyone to relax after a long day at the beach.

An annex will allow 2 other people to rest in complete tranquillity: it has a double bed (140x190), a living area with a sofa, coffee table and television, and a kitchenette. A shower room and a separate WC complete the annex.
