Preciosa casona  de campo en Noja, que se divide en dos viviendas: planta baja y primera planta. La vivienda que se alquila es la situada en la primera planta y dispone de dos terrazas solariegas, una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio principal. Además se distribuye en  salón-comedor y amplia cocina completamente equipada. La casa dispone de baño completo y tres dormitorios (1 con cama de matrimonio y dos con 2 camas individuales ) .

La vivienda que se alquila es la situada en la primera planta y dispone de dos terrazas solariegas, una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio principal. Además se distribuye en  salón-comedor y amplia cocina completamente equipada. La casa dispone de baño completo y tres dormitorios (1 con cama de matrimonio y dos con 2 camas individuales ) . Todo al detalle con televisión, ropa de cama, toallas, lencería, armarios en todas las habitaciones, etc. Lavadora, microondas, batidora, menaje de cocina, útiles de limpieza,  horno y cocina económica.
El jardín completa este atractivo alojamiento con una variada y cuidada  vegetación, barbacoa, mobiliario de jardín y columpios y cancha de baloncesto para los más pequeños.  Incluye parking para varios vehículos. 
Y todo esto a escasos 1.5 km. de las playas de Ris y Trengandin , y a 800 metros del centro urbano de Noja, donde dispone de todos los servicios a su alcance.  
Cualquier necesidad  o sugerencia es siempre bien acogida por el trato exquisito de los propietarios de la casona "Villa Cancillo" que intentan  con su amabilidad que su paso por la casa sea inolvidable.

 Noja es sin duda uno de los mayores atractivos de la costa cantábrica y sus espectaculares playas son de fama reconocida. A tan sólo media hora de coche se puede visitar el Parque de Cabárceno, Santander, Laredo, Santoña, Castro Urdiales, etc. Sin duda un punto estratégico para unas vacaciones de playa y turismo. La Playa de Ris es punto de referencia para amantes del surf y desde ella parten varios senderos por la costa que permiten descubrir los extraordinarios paisajes de nuestra "tierruca"

Freundliche Gastgeber - toller Garten - durch die Straße leider recht laut
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel sind doch schon sehr "durchgesessen". Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne was ganz ok ist. Leider bildet sich an der Duschkabine der Schimmel was nicht wirklich einladenden wirkt. Ein wirkliches Highlight ist der große Garten! Sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Schatten unter den großen Bäumen. Im Herbst kann man sich da sicher das Fallobst gut schmecken lassen ;-). Parkplätze gibt es genug und Fahrräder kann man in einem Abstellraum im hinteren Gebäudeteil sicher abstellen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, dass es etwas kühler war - ansonsten hätten wir eine Klimaanlage schon vermisst.
