Villa Boroncana lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord. The property is a lovely, modern and spacious free standing villa, located close to the beaches.

Villa Boroncana is in a quiet residential area located at a 5 minutes drive to the Palm Beach area. This beautiful villa offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large tv.

Villa Boroncana expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch for outside breakfast, lunches and dinners so you can thoroughly enjoy the island breeze.
Behind the villa you will find a private and spacious garden with a swimming pool, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, restroom and an outside shower. Villa Boroncana is minutes away from numerous restaurants, casinos, activities, supermarkets and shopping.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company and a safe to store your valuables.
Furthermore you can park on the driveway, we have WiFi, we offer beach chairs, a cooler, we have it ALL.

From this villa, you are only about 5 minutes away from the famous beaches like Arashi and Palm Beach. At the Palm Beach hotel strip you will find any restaurant, watersports, entertainment or shopping. You will be able to enjoy quiet and privacy at home, while all the hustle and bustle of the hotels is only minutes away,
All Aruba's beaches are public so you can just bring your own beach chairs and enjoy any hotel beach and enjoy the same ammenities as any hotel guest.

There is a cleaning fee of $220 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.

We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.
