The pool and the beach are great. The food was horrible and the staff were incredibly bad. They were unfriendly and not helpful at all. It was the worst experience with a resort staff I've ever had. The towel lady can't be bothered with anything and its an extreme effort for her to hand you towels. It took us 15 minutes to get water at the first hotel restaurant we went to. We left and decided to pay for our food instead of using the all inclusive meals because the food was so bad.

Check in was a cluster because so many people arrived at the same time off the same shuttle so we did not get a good explanation of the resort or how some of the perks worked. We requested a King bed but got 2 queens pushed together. FYI the mini bar is two cans of beer in the fridge no liquor. The beach and pool chairs are cut throat first come first serve but the staff is willing to help you find a spot. The specialty restaurants were better than the buffet for dinner.

Not enough umbrellas on the beach had to get up at 4 am to get an umbrella for the day. food not worse the money , rooms not cleaned until 3 pm.

Beautiful, clean and friendly. My only complaint is that there are no rules at the pool. Other guests left their belongings on the same chair all week. Not enough chairs.
