This unique two-bedroom penthouse condo is located at the popular condominium resort is just under 10 minutes’ walk to the Palm Beach area of our “One Happy Island”. This 5-star luxurious condominium complex features a large swimming pool, kids pool, basketball & tennis courts, a well-equipped and air-conditioned gym. Plenty of free parking for guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, built-in closet, and ensuite with the shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV and a built-in closet, and a separate bathroom with a shower.

Sleeping guests: 4 + 1 in the oversized couch in the living room. Additional airbed available upon request.

Enjoy your meals in open-concept dining area next to fully equipped kitchen. Walk out right into spacious and sunny patio to enjoy your morning coffee while looking into pool and palm trees.

Walk up from the patio into private rooftop for extra sun and your own BBQ grill area (bring your own meat, fish, or both) with a shower and bathroom right in the rooftop area. What a perfect place to relax!

If you need to wash your clothes, we have private laundry – free to use for our guests. We also have complimentary safe box in the suite for our guests to use.

- This resort is located about 20 min drive from the airport
- White sandy Palm Beach is under 10 min walk from the complex
- The unit is professionally cleaned before your arrival and you’ll be greeted at the condo
complex by our friendly staff. We have everything you need to feel at home and on vacation: soap, shampoo, towels, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, free WiFi, TV programs, a private BBQ area, etc.
- If you feel like walking out and around the area, there are many local shops, restaurants, and
bars along the road to the Hotel & Beach. Local means, you can shop and dine a lot
cheaper than in the tourist area ;)
- It's great to walk around, but you'll miss out on some great exploring of the island if you
don't rent a car. There are several car rental companies near the resort, and they are quite reasonable. There are also a number of bike hire companies on the island and you will generally find them good value and easy-going.
- The resort has 24-hr gated security, although Aruba is a very safe island

Please be aware of the following maintenance activities.
Pool Closure: Due to pool maintenance and repairs, the pool will be closed on June 10th & 11th 2024.

Painting Project:
From September 1st – September 30th 2024, exterior painting of north and south tower will be carried out. From Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Pool will remain open however please take note that scaffolds and maintenance crew will be around during the work hours which may result in noise/loud.
