Thought I booked an ocean front room, but it was “resort view” and it over looked the parking lot. Light switch for bathroom outside the bathroom. Unable to go from floor to floor via outside stairs, had to wait for elevator every time. Booked rooms together for our family and they were on different floors, asked to get adjoining rooms at check in and they were unable to accommodate.

Property and staff are lovely and very helpful (except the towel hut crew). Food is very good. Loved the food and service at Sea Breeze and the breakfast buffet was very good. I hate the culture of people waking up at the crack of dawn to put towels on all the loungers and then never sitting in them. Rooms and Beds are also very small for the price paid.

Just an FYI, if ocean front is your thing but happens to not available, head the warning on ocean view. If staying in the Sea tower, expect VERY loud music until 12:30-1 am. If in the opposing tower, the club Gusto's music is the same. Pool view does not appear to be as bad. Also, the HK staff left out room open all day with the security latch propping the door open. Found it that night when returning to the room.
