This attractive and modern villa combines exclusive architecture with every modern convenience. Hot water, great WiFi, Alexa, Sound System, Smart TVs, a Safe, large gas grill, Airconditioning in all rooms and a modern kitchen!

We have 4 bedrooms which all have an ensuite bathroom, great closet space, are fully airconditioned and have their own TV.
Three of the bedrooms are accessable inside the house, and the 4th one is accessed by the pool.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, or even 10 guests if there are children in the group.
Bedroom #3 has 2 beds and could fit 4 children, bed measurements are 1.44cm per bed!

The large living room is bright and modern, is fully airconditioned and has a comfortable sitting area with a large flat screen TV (smart TV) and a dining table with open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to comfortably prepare meals so you can save on eating some dinners at home. We have a microwave, oven, double fridge + ice cube machine, blender, coffee machine, tea maker, toaster, dishwasher and all the pots and pans and dishes.

The pool and garden offer excellent privacy and the BBQ grill makes it fun to cook outside while your family enjoys the pool. NOTE: the sitting area in the pool has JETS but is not heated.

Furthermore we have lounge chairs, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels.
We value your safety so we also have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we have a safe so you can store your valuables.

This modern villa is nestled in the area of Safir, only minutes away from the best beaches in Aruba like Palm Beach and Arashi.
5 minutes from Palm Beach strip with high rise hotels, watersports and restaurants. Away from husstle and busstle of busy hotels- yet close by to enjoy the same beaches and activities any hotel guest has access to!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful. The property management team is amazing. Communication was clear, frequent and their response time was astounding. We reported the dryer not heating and in less than 5 min they changed the gas for it and it worked perfectly h. I could not have asked for better service. We loved the in home speaker system and would listen to light music in the evenings. Highly recommend this rental!

Our stay at the house was absolutely amazing! We only spent 2 nights but it was so beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spotless! The property manager was a true gem! Can't wait to work with them again and return back to the house.

The property is very well taken care of. The bedrooms and washrooms were very clean, and the pool is serviced twice a week. The neighborhood is quiet, and the residents are very friendly. Our contact, Daniel stopped by the day after we arrived (we arrived around 6:00 PM the previous day) to explain the air conditioning, pool jets and the alarm system. The house was perfect for our needs.

Our Aruba Oasis

Our much anticipated 1st Girlfriend Trip was very special and we definitely picked an ACE place to stay! This property was absolutely beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood. The inside was immaculately cleaned and the outside was a great backdrop for our photos. Our check in host Daniel was absolutely amazing to work with during our stay. Book this stay nooow!!! You will not regret the pool the Jacuzzi the lighting,the Alexa to operate the pool lightning and the ceiling built in speaker inside plus by the pool.The rooms we up-to-date very clean and each had a bathroom for convenience!updates appliances! My husband and I and our three teenage children had the most amazing time at this home. Very spacious and clean. The pool was so fun. Neighborhood was great. We rented a car so we were able to get around easy and park at the home. Communication with the owners was wonderful. We ran into some trouble getting to Aruba and missed one day at the rental property. The owners were gracious enough to give us one extra day at the property with no extra charge. We would definitely come back to this home again.

Just came home from a 10 day family vacation in Aruba. Home is just as pictured, clean, spacious and close to all the beaches. We had a wonderful stay and Daniel was wonderful. Very quick response for any questions or issues. Only thing I can think of to improve is there is not much for cooking in the home or basic supplies. One towel per person in a tropical vacation we were having to run laundry quite a bit. Would def stay again though Thank you

Check in process was very easy. Villa is exactly as described. It was very inviting and clean. Easy acces to everthing and the amenities were spot on! Very short distance to some of the quietest and nicest beaches in Aruba! We all loved our stay! The rooms are very nice sizes and the open layout is amazing! Great vacation place away from the very touristic hotels. Loved the backyard! The pool was amazing after a long day exploring the island. We rented a car so made moving around very convenient. The neighborhood is very safe and we enjoyed that aspect. No hesitation on our part to book this place again! The villa made our vacation extra special! Thank you very much!
