You’ll be only a 5-minute drive from world-renowned beaches like Eagle Beach, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, as well as the vibrant Palm Beach hotel area with its wide array of restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping.

Inside the property, enjoy three comfortable bedrooms—each with its own closet and blackout curtains/blinds, Smart TV (with Netflix and IPTV for thousands of worldwide channels), and full air conditioning. The home features three modern bathrooms, all with hot water showers, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.

Relax in the large, air-conditioned living room with high ceiling, complete with a comfortable leather sofa and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite music. The open kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cooking pots and pans, microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine with pods—perfect for preparing delicious meals at home.
