Ocean front luxury villa on Malmok Aruba

The space
The house includes 5 king bedrooms all with flatscreen tv, dining area with beautiful views of the sea, lounging area upon entry into the house, fully equipped kitchen, 6 full bathrooms, private pool with waterfall, full gym , basketball hoop, outdoor bar, hammock and lots of outdoor lounging space to enjoy the beautiful weather.

There is also a patio located at the front of the house with a gas fire pit looking out over the sea.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, except for the garage. There is plenty of parking space located in the driveway at the front of the house.

Other things to note
Breakfast can be quoted additionally with two private chefs
Housekeeping is available for extra charge

Housekeeper lives on the property in a separate apartment.

Location
Noord, Aruba
Located in the most upscale part of the island. The property is minutes away from the Ritz Carlton and Marriott hotel. Across the street is a nice little cove type beach and Boca Catalina & Arashi beach are a 5-7 min walk approximately.

Getting around
Beaches are very close but we recommend a car rental for dinner and groceries. We also have a taxi service that we work closely with if needed.

Excellent communication with the host. The home is absolutely beautiful, so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed going to the beach across the street and the snorkeling was fantastic! Our family had the best vacation here. And Carolina is wonderful!

Aruba beach house in Noord

Carolina was excellent. The house was in great shape, beautiful pool and right across from excellent snorkeling. Close to Tierra Del Sol the golf course and everything you need on the island. Very comfortable and well maintained home. Highly recommend it to large parties and are families.

Lot of Broken!

TV’s didn’t work ! No Cable Tv in all rooms didn’t work! In order to use the Toilet you had to put the paper in a Trash Can. Not Good. People need to know before renting. Love the Viking Stove Oven didn’t work. Had to use a toaster oven. Had to run Dishwasher twice to get clean. Needs much better lighting in the house. Pool was Wonderful and the caretaker on property!!

Perfect Location, Great House!

Wow! This house was enormous, clean, and comfortable. The views in the front were breathtaking, with amazing snorkeling right across the street. It was close to several nice beaches, including Boca Catalina, Tres Trapi, and Arashi. The sunsets were amazing, and the outdoor areas of the home were spacious and beautiful. The pics of the pool online don't do it justice. It's much larger than it appears. We were a group of 5, with 1 teen and adults between the ages of 46 and 63. The housekeeper, Carolina, was friendly and helpful. There was a lot to do with only a short drive. We did the UTV tour, the De Palm Island day trip, tons of snorkeling, the Butterfly Farm, sunset sail (which ironically stopped in front of this house to watch the sunset lol), and some of us went parasailing. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house with its unique decor.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We were very surprised when we toured the home. It was more impressive than the pictures. The size of the rooms, beautifully decorated, a courtyard oasis...I could go on and on. The pool and outdoor dining space is amazing. The house is directly across the street from a great spot to snorkle with tons of fish and turtles. Carolina stays on site and is helpful in every way, but does not get IN your way in terms of privacy. She helped with figuring out the best places to eat, buy groceries, the best beaches, and shes just a genuinely awesome person. None of us wanted to leave, and I know I will be back. Thank you for opening your home up to visitors of Aruba!

I can't say enough about our wonderful stay in Aruba. The house is as described and met all of our needs for our intergenerational family vacation. There was sometime for everyone. The pool was fabulous with its own waterfall and we snorkeled at the beach directly in front of the house. The house is centrally located, perfect for exploring, and close to a great supermarket and stores. Highly recommended and would stay there again. Carolina, the housekeeper, is a plus and provided great restaurant recommendations

Top spot in Aruba

When everyone takes a boat tour to come where you're staying, you're staying in the right place. Beach front property and sea views in a family oriented home with all the amenities is a rare gem in Aruba. Having stayed 10 days with housekeeping(cost extra but worth every penny) at this house, we can unequivocally say there are few equals on the island. Ideal location, ideal vacation setting, beautiful sunsets every night and high quality amenities, you can't go wrong. Beautiful gardens and onsite wildlife (birds, turtles, lizards), indoor and outdoor sitting and dining areas, beautiful pool and poolside bar and grill, nice kitchen and enough bathrooms and bedrooms for massive parties, we almost underutilized the place. The housekeeper was amazing. She has a lot of contacts on the island so she can serve as a concierge too. Top tier experience all the way around.

Beautiful home

The space was very nice. The pool was amazing, it has a deep side and huge waterfall. The rooms were spaced out which gave guests plenty of privacy. Kitchen was well stocked and Carolina/housekeeper is very nice. Snorkeling was right across the street, there were beach towels and chairs provided. Would recommend a car. A magical place.

Fantastic Villa, perfect location!

We loved our stay here, plenty of essentials, towel and very clean house. The Pool and outdoor space is great and stocked with everything you need for the beach! My kids loved feeding the turtles in the property, and Carolina was great as well.
