Palm Beach Condo, Newly Renovated, Walk to Beach and Hotels

Palm Beach Condo is a newly renovated two-bedroom Condo, situated on the second floor facing the pool. It is located in the private and exclusive gated community of Palma Real which is a 5-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the heart of the Palm Beach area with all its restaurants, shopping, and activities and most importantly, the white sandy beach.

The Condo has an open-plan living room and air-conditioned kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms , Master with king and the 2nd with a queen size bed. Both Bedrooms have an En-Suite Bathroom. The living room provides a nice sitting area with a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave oven, and a full-size stovetop. There are ceiling fans in every room and A/C throughout. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit itself.

Perfect for a family or friends with a maximum capacity of 5 persons. The Palma Real condo provides unlimited wireless internet, bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler perfect to pack and take with you for a beach day! There is always lots of parking space available and it’s free.

The complex has two pools, a children’s pool, and a playground. There is a small balcony overlooking the pool. There is 24/7 security and parking outside of the unit. A small grocery store, several excellent restaurants, and banks are within a few minutes walk. This is an ideal place for those who wish to stay in Aruba short term or for a month or longer.

Utilities: The total rate includes taxes, US $ 150.00,- final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US 15,- per night, which is more than plenty for your stay, and Wireless Internet.

No Smoking in the unit, only outside, and No Pets Allowed.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. The property also provides Beach Towels, Beach chairs and a Beach Cooler, but we do not provide umbrellas.
