Important Notice: The Gold Coast Clubhouse swimming pool is temporarily closed for renovation until further notice. Guests can still enjoy the resortâs second pool and the childrenâs pool, which remain open, along with all other amenities including the fitness center, tennis courts, and on-site restaurant/bar. Since this closure is disclosed in advance, it is not considered a missing amenity or listing issue during your stay.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING: This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE: Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

The townhouse was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again given the chance. The home was as described. The pool and patio were very small and the pool was too cold to swim in. Casiola managed the property and provides a limited number of bath and beach towels and small quantities of dish, laundry, and bath soaps. The home was very clean and comfortable for our party of 5.
Beautiful development, condo is close to entrance and to community pool. We drove to the Tres Tapi Beach (rather than walking a distance in the road in the heat) and swam with turtles at sunrise. North end of Aruba is more local, more quiet. This is the perfect location if you want space from tourist activities. We enjoyed cooking local fish in the well equipped kitchen.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this end unit! Could see the green lawn outside the kitchen window and enjoyed watching the lizards run :). Perfect size personal pool area with plenty of seats. Great places for everyone to enjoy personal space as well as large areas for everyone to gather. We enjoyed our stay!
Overall, we enjoyed the property location and pool access. The actual unit appeared to be undergoing some repairs that didnât get completed before our arrival. Biggest issue was non-working freezer section of the refrigerator. The property manager did send a stand alone freezer that we used during the stay and they sent someone in to fix the bedroom curtains. The queen bedroom A/C unit didnât work well. The twin beds were guaranteed to be made into a king bed but that never happened even though I was charged extra for that! Bathrooms upstairs need working fans and it would have been nice if the pool water feature ran in the evenings when we were enjoying the patio. Would stay in the area again but the tiny pool at the Condo wasnât worth the extra cost.
Gold Coast Condos is not in a tourist area but close to wonderful beaches. An excellent place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
