I liked how spacious our room was! It was 3 of us so we had enough room to move about without being cluttered. The pool area was nice but it needed to be cleaned more often. Too much debri in the water.

Walkable to the strip, quiet and clean. However, not enough beach chairs and umbrellas. I went to the beach at 8am. There was already a line. I was unable to get umbrella and beach chairs.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Aruba was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern touches. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning—great pool areas, beautiful views, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it super convenient. What really stood out was the combination of luxury and comfort. Whether we were enjoying the pool, dining, or just relaxing in the room, it felt like every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were like condos.. very nice & spacious. The property was nice & close to lots of stuff. The staff very friendly & helpful. Santos & Peter were great. The night guys with dark hair was great.. forgot name but he took our pics a lot. If not already mentioned the fuy with the highlights was great...we remember him from.last year too.

The property was clean and the location was decent, however, I took away a star for the service and the food at the pool/bar. We ordered drinks and food from the bar 2 days during our 5 day stay and was disappointed each time. The first time we ordered 2 entrees. One was bland and the other was not what I requested. On the 2nd day, I asked for just simply guacamole and nachos. They brought out a box of tortilla chips and 1 tbsp of “guacamole.” Each time the chips were stale. Each time they brought the food out in boxes and plastic bags for us to eat poolside. On one day there was a significant service charge and on the other there wasn’t. Other minor annoyances, the rooms aren’t very modern and furniture was extremely basic and stiff. The people working at/on the property were generally unfriendly. No one outside of the front desk seemed to smile or said any form of greeting; even when spoken to first. The one good thing I can say about this resort is the Clover cafe at the front. The cafe is amazing and has great food and service. It looks like it belongs on another property. The pastries were delicious and on our last morning we ordered breakfast. The four of us had pancakes, waffles, French toast and avocado toast with a side of smoked salmon. It was one of the best breakfast meals we had. I would note that even on the 9th floor, we still heard significant noise. The property is at the top/close to the main strip so party buses were coming through there often.

Hotel was in a convenient location, close to restaurants and the beach. However, I paid for a pool view room and ended up with most of my view as a land fill. It was a hassle to receive wash clothes and the only ones they provided us were black cosmetic cloths. The sliding door on our balcony had a broken handle. We were locked out the bathroom in our room for hours after we checked in. There was no official bar and the one they had closed at 8:30.

The staff at Radisson Blu are the best of the best! The hotel is top notch. We've visited more than once and it's always incredibly clean and the staff go above and beyond for you. They are the only place we found that have 3 bedroom penthouses. As a family of 6, we need that and will continue to book with them every time we return to Aruba!
