This property is luxury at its finest. The staff is impeccable. Felt pampered from the moment of our arrival until our moment of departure. Staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. We had an amazing stay at St Regis Aruba!! From the moment we walked in the lobby was beautiful, cool and smelled like you were on vacation. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Every restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a dream! Service on the beach, at the pool, the spa, everywhere is just top notch. You felt like this was your second home. The staff recognizes you after a day or so and treat you like they’re your friends. We will absolutely be back!!

Family 4 day trip

Hotel is new and the property is beautiful on the water. I had a suite and a great balcony. The housekeeping was great especially with very young children.Food was average but very pricey (expected for a premier property). Coffee place was bad. Korean/ Japanese Upscale restaurant had very bad service no one came around to refill water or more drinks. The food there was unimpressive compared to the atmosphere which was really nice. I feel because the hotel was so new the staff the service staff was not great. No came around on the beach or pool often. I have been at other high end resorts in other countries and if not sure if it’s the service or culture but people are standing around everywhere looking lingering for a tip.

Folks - this is a St Regis property in name only ! The security in this hotel is alarming - they offer a non existent butler service ( 30 mins typical wait for morning coffee ) they also allow strays onto the beach area ( I have video of a dog laying in the $350 a day cabanas ) ANYONE can walk onto this property / calls to front desk unanswered / management is non existent/ painting in lobby on scaffolding at 9 am ? Too much too list. Also , their flag ship restaurant allows beach goers to photograph the sunset in their dining area unhindered. Non-guests are allowed to use beach and pool areas as there is ZERO security on the property . I predict this Marriott owned property will be closed just like the white plains ritz Carlton who over Estimated their market value / NOT WORTH the value at all!
