In NORDDEICH, just 200 m from the dike:

Comfortable end-of-row house for up to 6 people (including 1 toddler in the provided crib) with 2 bathrooms with showers.

Large living/dining area with a glass bay window and a fully equipped kitchen, including a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, and toaster, stereo system with MP3 and USB, 40-inch flat-screen satellite TV with built-in receiver.

On the first floor, there is a shower room with a toilet as well as a storage room with a dryer and washing machine.

Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 pull-out tandem beds featuring hypoallergenic spring mattresses, as well as a 1.40m children’s bed), another shower room with a toilet and a heated towel rack. The second bedroom features a 32-inch satellite TV with a built-in receiver. For the safety of our younger guests, there is a stair gate on the upper floor.

All windows have exterior roller shades. The house is fully tiled and features underfloor heating in the upstairs bathroom. The house is equipped with smoke detectors in all rooms.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with a table and chairs (including seat cushions) for 6 people and a large umbrella. House Anika includes a lockable garden shed where you can store items such as bicycles and strollers. There is also a luggage trolley here to help you transport your luggage from the on-site parking lot to the house entrance. The second terrace, located next to the garden shed, provides shade in the summer. The property is secured at the front and back by two lockable garden gates, so your children can play undisturbed.

The house is especially child-friendly, equipped with games and books as well as a high chair and a crib, which are provided free of charge.

One dog is allowed upon request.

The vacation home is located in Norddeich, one of the most popular coastal towns on the East Frisian North Sea. In a quiet yet central location, it offers quick access to the sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and attractions such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses. The nearby ferry terminal makes it easy to take trips to the islands of Norderney and Juist. The surrounding dikes and bike paths invite you to take long tours through the expansive countryside. An ideal starting point for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience the North Sea up close.
